چکیده

Due to rapid industrialization and market demand of vibrant textile products, the natural dyes have been replaced by synthetic dyes. These are released in environment with wastewater resulting a major environmental pollution, especially aquatic ecosystem. Hence, organisms like fish highly vulnerable pollution caused wastewater. This study was designed evaluate deleterious effects Basic Red-18 (BR-18) dye on behavior, survivability, haematology histology Tilapia (Tilapia mossambica) minimize these BR-18 bioremediation novel bacteria isolated from The identified as Mangrovibacter yixingensis strain AKS2 16s rRNA sequencing (Accession no. OM189530). 30% 70% mortality rates were observed exposed commercial at concentrations 100 200 ppm respectively. Interestingly, rate decreased significantly 10% 20% when respectively after M. AKS2. Fish tap water bioremediated solution exhibited typical behavioral responses, whereas anomalous behavior. subjected displayed RBC, Hb, but increased WBC levels, demonstrating dye's haemotoxicity. Contrary, no remarkable haematological toxic effect found indicating non-toxic character metabolites. Similarly, extensive histological abnormalities gill, liver, intestinal, stomach, heart tissues seen cultured dye, less significant raised dye. Altogether, it can be concluded that fish, this toxicity minimized
